How do I use my reservation to Valet Park? +
Simply drive to the valet drop-off located at the end of the departures level of the terminal where a Valet Specialist will assist you.
What should I do if I am unable to Valet Park using my reservation credentials? +

Will I have to pay additional fees at the facility? +
Your parking reservation confirmation will indicate an estimated cost based on the itme period you reserved. Any time outside of the entry and exit times will result in additional fees.
What happens if my flight gets delayed and I stay beyond my reservation? +
If you exit past the end time indicated on your reserved parking confirmation, you will be required topay additional fees via credit card when you retrieve your vehicle.
What if my trip is cut short, and I exit the facility before the time listed on my pre-paid parking pass? +
You will be charged according to the duration of your stay when you retrieve your vehicle.
Can I cancel a parking reservation, and will I receive a refund? +
You may cancel your parking reservation up to 1 hour(s) prior to the start time by accessing your booking. Cancellations and refunds are provided only for cancellations confirmed at least 2 hours before the start time and are subject to cancellation fees.
How do I edit my reservation (date/time, license plate, etc)? +
You may edit your reservation up to 1 hour(s) prior to the start time listed on your booking confirmation via Manage Booking.
What if I made a parking reservation, but the Valet is closed when I arrive? +
Your parking reservation confirmation reserves your parking space on the start date of your parking reservation. If you encounter any issues, please call 904-741-3900 for questions or on-site assistance.
I want to reserve parking at a facility that is not showing up as an option. How do I do that? +
I want to reserve parking at a facility that is not showing up as an option. How do I do that? +There are a limited number of spaces that can be reserved. If the facility you are looking for is notshowing up in the list of available options, there is no availability to make a reservation there.However, it’s likely that drive-up parking in the desired facility may still be an option. We recommendthat you check the Airport website for availability.
Where do I drop off my vehicle? +
The Valet drop off is located at the end of the Departures level.
Where do I retrieve my vehicle? +
Valet vehicles can be retrieved on the Arrivals Level next to the Southwest Baggage Office.
